CCP4bb navigationCCP4bb <-- 2007 <-- July 2007 <-- 31 July 2007Subject: Re: auto-tracing programs From: Kevin Cowtan cowtan {- at -} YSBL {- dot -} YORK {- dot -} AC {- dot -} UK Date: 2007-07-31 to complete the model. I've see some good results on maps in the 2.5-3.5A range with buccaneer, but model completion is still not so good (although it gets better with each new release). http://www.ysbl.york.ac.uk/~cowtan/buccaneer/buccaneer.html Buccaneer is particularly good on well phased maps at lower resolutions - e.g. after averaging. With high order averaging it should be able to build at 4.0A.
