Job description We are looking for a highly motivated student to meet the challenge to solve the structure of human apolipoproteins and to tackle a demanding but fascinating topic. Focus of work is on protein purification, biophysical characterisation, crystallisation, low resolution structure determination by small angle X-ray scattering and X-ray protein crystallography. Requirements The candidate must hold a MSc degree and should have a sound background in biochemistry, laboratory experience, computer skills and should be conversant with concepts of lipoproteins and/or lipid membranes.
