The Position:

In this role you will determine X-ray structures of protein-ligand
complexes to support structure-based drug discovery programs. You will
work at the interface with molecular biology, protein production,
molecular modeling and medicinal chemistry, contributing to the entire
drug discovery process from target assessment to clinical candidate
selection.

Who you are:

This position requires a PhD with a minimum of 2 years of postdoctoral
experience in protein crystallography. A track record of successful
construct design, protein overexpression, purification and
characterization, as well as protein crystallization and structure
determination by X-ray crystallography are a must. Experience with
purification and crystallization of polytopic membrane proteins (ion
channels, GPCRs) would be a plus.
