[ccp4bb] Nucleic acid refinement with Refmac at 3.6A |
|
CCP4bb navigationCCP4bb <-- 2008 <-- March 2008 <-- 10 March 2008Subject: Nucleic acid refinement with Refmac at 3.6A From: Alan Cheung cheung {- at -} LMB {- dot -} UNI-MUENCHEN {- dot -} DE Date: 2008-03-10 resolution with refmac, with weight matrix 0.01. However, after restrained refinement, many of the base pairs are no longer co-planar. Are there watson-crick restraints in refmac, or some other restraint keyword that might help? Or should i be using CNS?
