Dear Bruno, Navraj, Randy

Thanks for your replies. Increasing the testset size reduces frequency of
the problem. Changing the refinement target from maximum likelihood to
standard residual stops the CNS aborts. As Randy explains, too few
reflections in testset may make most resolution bins empty and cause failure
of cross-validated SigmaA estimation routine.
