Selection of separated atoms

Step 4a: Stereo picture of selection of atoms, separated from main group of atoms with select tool - black arrow at the top of left group of instruments.

Step 4b: After selection, selected atoms became yellow. This is a good time to press Delete in order to remove these atoms from further usage. You must repeat steps 4a and 4b until all separated atoms will be removed.

Step 4c: Stereo picture of the final core of atoms. These atoms cover the only possible positions for the substrate or inhibitor atoms.
