The structure of the surrounding enzyme is shown by the stick (thickness is equal to the 0.1) representation. The NAD+ structure is shown by the stick (thickness is equal to the 0.2) representation. To add the surface to the substrate it is necessary to select substrate by double-click on any atoms and then in program menu do: Tools -> Surface -> Add
